Packaging, shipping and delivery
The ordered goods are prepared by our staff with extreme care, using appropriate packaging that allows you to protect the items from any bumps.
For the national service we only use the GLS express courier
For foreign shipments we use the international registered mail service made with POSTE ITALIANE.
If another courier is requested by the customer, the shipping cost will be recalculated based on the destination and the size of the packaging.
The delivery of the order will be made by the Courier at PIANO STADA, on Working Days (from 08:30 to 18:00).
You can track your package through the Site after receiving the shipment notification via e-mail. We remind you that shipments can be monitored 24/48 hours after receiving the e-mail with the notification of the preparation of the package.
Upon delivery of the products by the courier appointed by Cinturinieaccessori.it, the Customer is required to check:
(a) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
(b) that the packaging is intact, undamaged or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials.
In case of breakage or tampering with the package, please do not accept the package and contact us immediately. Any damage to the packaging and / or products or the mismatch in the number of packages or information must be immediately contested by the Customer, putting the words "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE" on the courier's delivery receipt. Furthermore, the Customer undertakes to promptly report - and in any case no later than 8 (eight) days from the date of delivery - to Cinturinieaccessori.it (by sending a message to info@lapassioneperiltempo.it) any and all problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received.
Cases of force majeure, unavailability of means of transport, as well as unforeseeable or inevitable events that cause a delay in deliveries or make deliveries difficult or impossible or that cause a significant increase in the cost of delivery charged to Orologeriamajer.it will give the right to Cinturinieaccessori.it to split, postpone or cancel, in whole or in part, the expected delivery or to terminate the Purchase Agreement. In such cases, Cinturinieaccessori.it will provide timely and adequate communication of its decisions to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer and the latter will have the right to a refund of the price already paid, excluding any further claim, for any reason, against Cinturinieaccessori. .it
